The "unhoused" in Downtown San Diego: Shout Out to San Diego Downtown News Article

 "I'm Tired." sighed the headline by J. M. Garcia. San Diego's little downtown newspaper got my attention that morning, so I went to the sidewalk news rack, opened the door, folded the little paper under my arm. This was going to be a must read for my Trolley commute.
